The telephonic / remote verification service carries a R 50 charge, the client is liable for this charge once a link is submitted for verification, if VeriPhy is unable to establish contact with the seller , then the fees will not be applicable.
The client will bear all necessary bank charges where applicable.
The client will be invoiced based on the purchase price of the item, physical verification and delivery charges once we have remotely verified the seller, VeriPhy will only proceed will physical verification, collection and delivery once the total invoice has been paid.
VeriPhy is not responsible for the quality of the item purchased on behalf of the client , but will ensure that all client notes for verification of goods are carried to the best of our abilities and within reason.
VeriPhy does not provide any warranties or guaranties on items purchased on behalf of the client.
Physically verified items that do not pass client designated notes and tests will still carry the verification cost of R 150.
Items arranged and agreed upon for delivery and that have no one to receive the item will be rerouted the following day at repeat delivery cost – statuses will be sent out via text, email , portal and whatsapp.
All items that are verified and sealed within VeriPhy packaging have been sanitized to the best of our abilities but would also require the necessary precautions and sanitizing once received.
